Digital Products: Sample Packs
No Refund Policy
Our sample packs are sold as digital downloads and are non-refundable. These products are available as a way for fans to support us during our hiatus, and therefore, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for digital products.
If you encounter any issues with your download or have questions regarding the sample packs, please contact us at sharks.music1@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Refund Request
Customers may request a refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at sharks.music1@gmail.com.
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion based on the circumstances provided.
If a refund is approved and issued, the associated license key(s) will be immediately deactivated and revoked. Continued use of the refunded software after a refund has been processed is strictly prohibited.
Physical Products: Merchandise
No Return Policy
All merchandise is produced and shipped by our Print on Demand (POD) partner after passing a strict quality inspection. Due to the nature of POD services, we do not accept returns or exchanges for merchandise.
Quality Issues or Defects
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Email us at sharks.music1@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item. We will review your case and arrange for a replacement or refund if the item is found to be defective.
